Here at VIRGA FIT, it is our goal to improve the total body strength and endurance in all of the athletes we train, while building their mental toughness and boosting their confidence. Summer is a busy time of year so it is important to have time set aside to keep their fitness level up.  Between vacations, barbeques and other activities, it is easy to let conditioning go by the wayside.  Don’t let the warm weather pass your athlete by without enrolling in one of our summer training programs.  ​

Our Youth Summer Training Program offers 4 weeks of strength & conditioning in a small group setting (2-4 people) with sessions that meet twice a week (8 sessions total). Sessions are offered on Mondays & Wednesdays. Our first summer session is underway but you still have time to register for session 2! Our second summer session begins Monday July 24th and runs through Wednesday August 16th. Improve your athletes strength & endurance, increase their self confidence, prepare for fall sports, all while having fun in a small group setting (max 4 athletes)! Ages 12+
