SUMMER STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
Here at VIRGA FIT, it is our goal to improve the total body strength and endurance in all of the athletes we train, while building their mental toughness and boosting their confidence. Summer is a busy time of year so it is important to have time set aside to keep their fitness and strength level up, especially for fall sports. Between vacations, barbeques and other activities, it is easy to let strength training go by the wayside. ​

Our High School Summer Strength Training Program offers 4 weeks of strength training in a small group setting (max 5 athletes) with sessions that meet twice a week (8 sessions total) starting Monday July 8th. Sessions are offered Mondays 6:30pm & most Fridays 4:30pm in July (exact dates are July 8th, 12th, 15th, 19th, 22nd, 29th, 31st, & Aug 2nd) for a 1 hour session. Improve your athletes strength & endurance, increase their self confidence, prepare for fall sports, and give your athlete the individualized attention they need to produce maximum results this summer!
