SMALL GROUP TRAINING

We offer set small group class times that you can jump in to (HIIT Strength, Tabata, Sculpt, & Pure Impact) based on availability or we can create a small group training time for you and your friends. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. We keep our small groups very small (max 5 people) so you can still get individualized attention & maximum results!
