BREAKFAST

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day which is why it's so important to fuel your body with healthy, nutritious, whole foods. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work, at school, at home with your littles, and so on. Here are a few of our favorite breakfast recipes from our home to yours!

LUNCH

Lunch tends to be the hardest meal of the day for people because they need something quick to squeeze in their busy days. We try to eat our greens during lunch time because it's the easiest time to get the bulk of them in. We don't always love to eat a salad so thankfully there are plenty of other ways to get your greens in each day; like juicing, smoothies, steamed veggies, etc. Here are a couple of our favorite salads along with some other quick lunch options. Enjoy!

DINNER

Dinner is our favorite meal of the day because it's the time we get to sit down with our children and enjoy each others company; a time to reflect on the day and not be rushed. We like to cook lots of different types of meals from Italian, to Peruvian, to American, to Mexican and the list goes on...It's fun to bring a new dish or a staple dish to the table that the whole family can enjoy!
