Our Youth Strength Training sessions utilize safe athletic training techniques with injury prevention, strength building, & conditioning at its foundation.  We offer one-on-one training, semi-private training (2 clients), as well as small group training (3-5 clients) for our youth athletes. We expertly craft our training programs with a focus on each athlete's needs and desired improvements for his or her specific sport. At Virga Fit, we give your athlete the individualized attention they need while producing maximum improvements in athletic performance. 


Many experts view the ages of 12 – 18 as the most ideal age for developing strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. It is during our training program that the athlete and Coach focus on the detailed, but critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success.
