YOUTH WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

Here at VIRGA FIT, it is our goal to improve the total body strength and endurance in all of the athletes we train, while building mental toughness and boosting their confidence. Winter is a busy time of year so it is important to keep their fitness & strength level up.  With fall sports ending and winter sports gearing up to begin, it is crucial to not let strength & conditioning go by the wayside.  

Our Youth Winter Training Program offers 4 weeks of strength & conditioning in a very small group setting with sessions that meet twice a week (8 sessions total). Sessions are offered on Wednesdays 6:30pm & Fridays 5:30pm. Session 2 (Nov 29th-Dec 22nd) begins Wednesday Nov 29th. Improve your athletes strength & endurance, reduce risk of injury, increase self confidence, prepare for winter sports, all while having fun in a small group setting (max 4 athletes)! Ages 13+
